I know this thread is old but Russell just serviced a variety of regulators for me at more than a fair price. Just wanted to say thanks and ditto Kelly's comments.

    Safe diving,

Was there a body attached to that reg as well?...lol

I just listed my 3 poseidens on ebay, Got tired of searching for a qualified tech, and 50 bucks for a rebuild kit (if you can find em) is CRAZY!. I love the regs diving em for 10+ years, but Constant adjustment, creep, Free flow...just to quirky. But they are great at 200+ feet but my buddy dives MK20's and NEVER had an issue (Except for the "Hooot" from time to time) So time to let the poseidens go and move over to a pro....a scuba pro
