WOW! what a "love fest" for Scuba Pro?

FWIW, I used Scuba Pro G250 regs for 2-3 years and had nothing but problems. Never dependable.
Perhaps all my service techs were not competent?
The GUI site in High Springs was my primary......

To this day I will not buy another ScubaPro product.

What works, works. Perhaps all your service techs were incompetent. I'm not a service tech, started learning to rebuild my regs from a trained tech. But I've learned lots since then, and pay a lot of attention to the rebuild since I'm at the other end. Something many techs don't worry about.

In the end, if you like the regs you have, no worries...

Now I never said I hated ScubaPro,in fact I love the Mk10/G250 combo a lot. But,you might hear from me in the future because I got so many regulators that are going unused,but it's almost like giving up a child.

...some weekend at Jackson Blue we have an Gear Maintenance/ Comparison/ Configuration workshop. Anybody can bring their gear and learn or share knowledge specifically about cave diving equipment and setups. Nothing formal or sponsored by any organization, just cavedivers sharing thoughts , ideas and info on how, why when etc... Of course diving in the Mill Pond is mandated. Yah a volunteer Tech Workshop, maybe some food, a few refreshments, some dancing ladies etc...

I have used Poseidon regulators for the last 20 years. I have at least 10 of them from Thor to Xtream Deep. While I would agree that they are not as smooth as a ScubaPro I'm not sure any regulator can supply the same amount of volume at 200 feet in 38 degree water as an Xstream Deep. Unlike other regulators, you don't have to pack the first stage full of grease for cold water diving.
