Is this the same unit you were having all the problems with?
depends on which problem your reffering too.
the problem where it dives on its own:
that unit was replaced with a new one.
the screen flickering:
DeltaP said this is not an issue and to use the 3.0v battery
with the 3.0v battery the screen does not flicker.
