So would that mean that people who signed the petition do not know who to properly gas plan?

I had a full cave student ask last week why there was so much damage well beyond the area where cavern and intro divers should be. I think there is a real lack of teaching conservation, or it least it might be a foot note. I also heard an instructor pushing training the same day, I just said that and a few others are why. I am really fed up with instructors doing training where they should not be. The clay in the young siphon in Jackson has been beat to hell the last couple of years. It really is disheartening to preach conservation and see this much damage from my peers. They are most likely the same group of instructor who would like to have another entrance to teach in.

Instructors, remember that it is the training that is purchased not the card. so keep them in the ow until they have the proper skills to enter the overhead and not Furk it up.

    Is Soviet way, is good.

Another vote here for keeping Olsen closed. We aren't going to gain anything by adding another entrance.

No, it is the house and the SUV that is purchased....it is the training that pays for said house and car...if you catch my drift.

I didn't know most of the names that signed, a few stuck out.
The text of the petition used economic benefit as the only justification...

It wasn't much a petition. Hand written... seriously it didn't look like there was much thought behind it.

I didn't and won't sign it. Olsen is so close to P1...what's the point....

I don't remember it being trashed back when it was open. The entry was such a pain in the rear (seriously, I fell on my butt) that almost nobody used it as an entry/exit. What, maybe one diver for every hundred at P1?

I wouldn't lobby to open it back up, but if they did it wouldn't bother me.

The petition wasn't just to open it, it was to use NSS funds to build stairs and benches.
