Default Please do not represent me in land owner relations.

re: About the E-Letter about Line Placements at Peacock sent to PSSP Manager.

First I would like to thank the PSSP Rangers and staff. They do a magnificent job protecting and managing this wonderful place. No cave diver can disagree that the staff is courteous , knowledgeable and happy to help out in anyway. The place basically caters to us. Plenty of tables, changing rooms , bathrooms , garbage cans , boardwalk , pavillions , improved roads , parking etc... . A Premier cave system thats as economical as possible, what the annual pass is about $50 bucks.

WHY WOULD ANYONE WANT TO PISS OFF THE PARK MANAGER IN ANYWAY OR FASHION? PLUS DO IT SUPPOSEDLY REPRESENTING CAVING ORGANIZATIONS? WHERE IS THE RESPECT IN LANDOWNER RELATIONS? WHAT WILL OTHER PARK MANAGERS CONSIDERING GRANTING CAVEDIVING PRIVILEGES THINK?

No disrespect to but he does not represent me and a lot of other cavedivers who appreciate PSSP/ISSP and its Staff. Writing a pissy letter to the park manager is not right. How about if said , " hmmm well lets just terminate cave diving access until you gentlemen can all agree on this issue." . He does have the power to do so. There is an established QUALIFIED line commitee that HAS decided so lets just adapt, adjust and improvise like all good cavedivers do and go diving. If you disagree then use the available proper channels to appeal to change it and ALWAYS RESPECT the final decision of the LAND OWNER. Please do not put NACD, CDS or any other organization in PERSONAL letters to park managers. Take care all.

About this e-letter - was it ever posted here? Where might we read what you are talking about?

What did they say to complain about the park?

PM Herbie for that information or find it elsewhere on the web, sorry, but it clearly violates our (infamous) rule #6.
