double steel 72's

steel lp 72's made in 1971 only hydro tested 4 times last one in '04 filled twice since then and the last time was in oct. they have current vips. could these be made by pressed steel? there is a PST after manufacture date? they have oms bands and manifolds. they are convertible valves but i don't have the inserts for yolk. priced to go 200.00 I can get them to most of cave country any given weekend.
