After the recent rains, does anyone know of conditions in Eagles Nest? We were the two weeks ago or so and the viz was very nice - is that still the case? Thanks

It's down to nothing, and 10 degrees colder, you should do something in NFL instead
Yeah, and we're getting slammed right now with storms that look to be heading towards NFL and SW Georgia - probably exactly where you don't want it.
OK...So I was out there on the 3rd and it was PERFECT! Are you saying it changed that much over the weekend?
We are diving it Thursday night so I hope it is still in good shape.

I was there on the 8th with another couple of guys. Vis at the surface was beautiful, but not so great in the cave. Probably 20-30 ft vis on average at depth.
How come they don't allow knives on planes any more? Just give everyone a complimentary knife when they get on board, and a decent fighting chance.
Nothing real funny at the Nest last night. I was interesting coming up and seeing candles burning on the dock (my hopes were up). Alas, it was just 3 guys down from Tenn. to dive.
We did downstream last night so I can't report on the upstream side. The surface pool is great and the ball room is still maintaining great viz. The downstream side passed the duck under was about 10 feet. Beyond that into lockwood it was about 25'.
