Bursitis in the hips. My ortho says it's brought on and aggravated by my frog kicking and why can't I just do a flutter??? Um....no Doc, it doesn't work that way.

    Default Pains?

Foot Cramps? Of course it may be that my fins are too tight!

I may be schizophrenic, but at least I have each other.

Actually I have zero issues with the frog kick. I find it to be one of the easier and less stressful athletic things this old body of mine does.

    Nice one Morgan. Thanks Me.

My bad, forget the modified. Lets just go with the kick you should do most of the time in a cave.

    Default Frogie kick

I rarely use the frog kick. Previous back injury prevents proper form. Prefer modified flutter kick

If I frog kick days on end my poor technique and back problems will show in pain on hips/pelvis, usually pinpointed on stomach where the psoas muscle attaches. I can usually tell when I am heading for this burning pain because the kick breaks down, and I will generally “hump the frog” like my buddy calls it.
