Default What's your frog kick injury?

I'm about to do a biomechanics project on the modified frog kick and I need some common injuries. I've come up with MCL pain and calf cramps. Anybody else had any issues? Thanks!

Medial collateral ligament- ligament on the medial side of the knee (toward the inside). It's common in breast strokers and I once had a little discomfort there when I did a ton of kicking and wasn't used to it.

I was thinking hamstring strain or groin strain but I wanted to see if anybody has had those injuries before I list it.

I'm familiar with the frog kick and the reverse frog kick, but what's the modified frog kick?

I would think that getting your face slapped would be the most common injury among that group.
