Unfortunately we cannot. Even if we got the ok from the USFS, the river bed leading up to it is not passible by even the most aggressive rock crawler.

We have tried to think of everything we can to clear this out, but alas- it looks like it will all be done by hand.

    Default Big Rock Video

I have just uploaded a small video of the HUGE effort made by the Utah Cave Divers on 5 March 2010 to remove an annoying big rock that was blocking the entrance to the Ricks Spring cave system. The video may be seen at

Enjoy the video and also enjoy the new entrance to Ricks Spring!

We're still working on it. We were in the cave a couple of weeks ago to start some filming for Submerged TV and will back again next week to do some more. I'll try to post a little video on here when we get back to give you a taste of an upcoming episode!

Yeah we have been slacking with the updates... sorry.

Getting ready to lay some more line here in the next couple of weeks. A handful of us were up there a couple of weeks ago and we found a new tunnel!

I finally got to dive Ricks Spring last week, it was awesome! Got some great video too, I gave my raw footage to Wendell Nope. He is editing it and I believe will be sharing it soon. Can't wait to go back.
