    Default Lafayette Blue Mini-cleanup 09/06/09

We did a dive in LFB yesterday (Saturday) and noticed all of the trash on the floor of the cavern/cave. Today (Sunday) , Jim , Bobbi and I brought 3 bags back to LFB and spend about 2 hours cleaning up the bottles/cans and other refuse in the 1st 2-300 feet of the system. We filled 3 BIG trash bags full. The Ranger was VERY GRATEFUL for the help. We told him we will be coming back soon with our goodie bags and pick up some more!!!

All in all , good for LFB and we had a great time doing it too !!!

It was funny , the locals would look thru all of the trash we brought out. What they were looking for I wouldn't know.

    Thanks to all !!!
    Jean
