The 'dillo plate on the DSS large backplate seems to put the rails in the right place for easy on/off.

For this reason I took and modified the dillo CCR system to replace the stock nomad bungees and butt plate. The dillo butt plate also seems for rugged and its flexible which I really appreciate.

The 2 inch webbing was installed in a slot on the backplate.

The cord was knotted at one end and then installed into the 2 eyelets and the other end was knotted.

The strap would slide a small amount from slide to side so I just used a ty-rap to keep it from doing so where the webbing slides through the backplate.

Not needed for any other reason and I have dove the setup without the ty-rap.

Sometimes in the water the loops are hard to reach
(while wearing CCR and attaching side mount bottles) so I have attached a small piece of cave line line from the loop to the nearest D-Ring

    Hope this helps

If you were stuff to the bottom at the Park Bench, I am guessing you have steel bottles on your Meg. As it sounds like you have way too much steel cylinders.

With my CK I am neutral with about half a breath with wearing my drysuit. So 80's with air or 3# lead/tank with trimix is perfect. When I switch to my lp120's with my KISS I have to switch my faber 19's (3L's) for luxfer 19's. Then my weighting is still great and not much gas is needed in the wing. Remember if your wing is pumped full to lift everything, it going to be huge and you'll have to push more water swimming.

Doing bungees like in my picture Mookie posted. On mine the bungee was 23" from knot to knot and unstretched the bungee measured 9" out from the edge of the plate. Might be a good starting point for you.

    Cheers!!
