Yep. World of Water on Kennedy was where I got o/w certified in 77, they later moved to a new place with an indoor pool. Jim was a nice guy, although he liked his wine and women quite a bit. I remember he was often late and hungover when we headed out on a Saturday or Sunday morning dive trip. Will was probably at WoW when I got certified, but I don't remember him.
