    Default Wayne's World - 6/21/09

Did my first dive at Wayne's World yesterday with Walter and Eric. What an amazing system. I was a little apprehensive, after hearing all the "war stories", but once we got there and started gearing up, I was ready to go. Actually, I was floating in the basin waiting on Walter and Eric.

Visibility was about 30'. We did the circuit on the Main Street side and it was awesome. This place is definitely not for the beginner, or for those who are at all skittish. If you don't mind silt and haloclines and losts of ups and downs, twists and turns, then it is great. Walter was first, I was second and Eric was third....poor Eric I was on or near the line for a large section where the haloclines pretty much meant I could see nothing. Very cool!! Walter pointed out some cool bones....and by pointed out, I mean he picked them up and handed them to me so I wouldn't miss them

Overall, a great dive and I can't wait to go back!!

Joe and Colt were going in after us, I hope that I didn't make too much of a mess.

What was your maximum depth? What was you gas mixture? Any other details would be of interest.

    Thanks.

    No pics ?

You might want to think twice about asking for pic's from inkdiver, as I don't think any of us want to see more bikini pictures.

Luckily for us, he was not wearing his favorite swim attire that day.

Don't worry I know.... I was even aware of his devious plan days before he went back to his true soul for the photo shoot.
