yes. In fact, I do. You can mix 'n' match quite liberally but it's always a good idea to get recommendations or even better to try it on for size yourself if possible.

I think I already know the answer but......I want to start diving bp and wing, is there a wing out there that works with single tanks and doubles?

I used a Dive rite Trek wing and a single tank adaptor with a Steel backplate. I use Zeagle weight pockets. Works well about a hundred dives on it.
