cannonball '09

Dove cannonball yesterday(4-17-09) with highflow diver(Kal). We went in from the bank, used a diver down float for our down line , and tied off our primary to our anchor weight. Encountered and removed much fishing line and hooks. Flow at the entrance was incredible, much stronger than when I was there in Dec. '08. After fighting our way in and catching our breath at the cannonballs, made it to only 400' before hitting my sixth. Cave vis was around twenty feet and temp. was 55 degrees F. Lake temp. was only 46. Great dive, lot of work though. Darren

But where the heck is Missouri!? It was a nice dive though. I
can't decide which was the toughest, humping those doubles up the hill
or trying to get through the restriction. Either way, it was one heck of
a work out and I can't wait to do it again! And Mr. Wilson, I promise, we will have all of those nasty fish hooks cleared out before the convention.

Thats about normal for this time of the year. So many fish in that are with the warmer water coming out of the cave then the lake.

With all the rain that are has gotten I figured the flow would be up about what you described.

Sounds about like the conditions would be what I expected them to be.
