Great, 13 months of something I don't want for the price of 12 months of something I won't buy. Kinda like getting 13 mountain oysters for the price of 12.
Did hell freeze over? Because they didn’t even offer a free month when they closed for Covid last April for the month.
St. Andrews State Park was closed for two months last year so they just added two months to our then-current passes.
Florida state parks added 2 months for all state park annual pass holders when they closed for one month due to Covid. Ginnie didn?t do anything.Quote:

Dont blame them for saying no. You say yes once and now every single toie it floods, theres a hurricane, or some other unforeseen event every cheap bastard would be hitting them up for an extension to their pass. I wouldnt want that headache. Its easier to just say no. Its not like you can track down the state park officials and bug them (other than rangers that dont have authority). Whereas at ginnie every whiner is going to ask for beth or somebody else and annoy the hell out of them.
