So I'm looking at this picture in another thread and I get to wondering...
Instead of tying up five feet of line with a dozen cookies in a place where there's a well-traveled T or jump...
And instead of using a team cookie (which, debate all you like, but you are not going to convince me that's not a stupid idea)...
Has anyone toyed with the idea of clipping a pigtail containing each diver's cookies?
"Pigtail" sounds somewhat discriminatory or potentially racist.Quote:

Would be hard to keep the arrows on a horsetail. And cowtails couldnbe unweildy if there is more than one or two Ts.Quote:

That's ridiculous. You ever try to get a donkey to hold still anywhere, much less at a gold-line T? Those things kick like bastards when they don't want to do something.Quote:

Wait a minute... how can that be a gold line T? I was under the impression that there are No Ts on gold line anywhere in North Florida. There must be some mistake.

There's lots of them. They're just in the caves we won't tell y'all about :PQuote:

Sounds like the lock-out/tag-out system used by electricians.
What would you have? A team cookie with a few feet of line & each individual member's cookie on the pigtail?
Exactly the idea.Quote:

Several jumps planned means everyone needs at least that many cookies and lead diver is carrying that many pigtail cookies as well.
I can't see the picture. You could do a small bolt snap with a length of bungee or surgical cord and the team ties their cookies into that. Is that what you're talking about? Tie in the bolt snap like you would when attaching the far end of a jump spool.
What the hell is this thread even about?
And why can't they be scones.... Or biscuits?
Reference the annoying British on the last.
And I need some new non directional markers so please share which tourist cave needs "cleaning".
Bob
Ginnie always needs cleaningQuote:

Unless I'm mistaken, thats the first T at the Emergence du Ressel in France.Quote:

Europeans think jumps are stupid and installed a T again. Hence the white line.
This is the ressel cave. Now a T again.
In france you see everything as a goldline. Mostly white lines, but in landenouse the mainline is now green. Sometimes steel cables, double lines, etc.
I am sure if you float the idea to an equipment manufacturer they will come up with something after they trademark it.
Also the donkey is going to be confused and nervous under water
I think we should build a small souvenir kiosk just behind Lips and stretch some gold, brass and barbwire line for placing individual markers. Kios should also serve deco-gas and deco-food, perhaps also some deco-porn...
