Hi I'm looking for a john line and a collapsible snorkel
check DRIS for a snorkel...i think theirs is 15$?
This is probably the least likely forum to have either.
I happen to have both. If I can dig up the jon line tonight, I'll be back to you.
This is a FYI but a true story. While diving in the Keys off the boat "Lady Cyiane" which is now not in business, the Dive Master would not let me enter the water with out a snorkel. Happen to have one in my dive bag so stuck it in my weight belt like a knife and he was happy. Since then I have always kept a collapsible snorkel in my bag for the hard-nosy DMs.

Pocket snorkel $12
I am pretty certain I have a spare Jon Line. Let me check when I get back home this weekend.
I guess I may be in the minority here, but I pretty much split my diving between caves and wreck diving. This year I hit Truk Lagoon and some great Lake Huron wrecks.

Not my best image but an intact 1860's Paddle Wheel is simply awesome.

Ok great! Btw that is some amazing water. You have to see what we have to deal with off the nj coast!
Kidsdream, you suck! (J/K) Sorry!!
Er, what I meant was, I am green with envy!
Er, what I meant was, I am jealous!
Sorry, how about...
Awesome!! Great Pictures!!
Definitely on my bucket list!!
I have carried on of the original roll up snorkels in the round half cover in my BC pocket for years. Signal mirror (wetnotes) too. Haven't ever used them, but they are there. The new Lifeline Nautilus is now clipped beside my snorkel. (Some of my buddies use it to call the boat at the end of their dive.) Much smaller and more convenient than a GPS and marine radio in a UK 1200 light housing. When diving in the Pacific or out so sight of land, I carry a PLB in a dive canister. Hope to never need it either. Guess I am getting off topic...
Guy I knew in California said snorkels were mandatory for beach diving in one spot, so he bungee'd it to the back of his double 104's!
