After renting a few different sizes of tanks I think these are the right ones for me. If anyone has any for sale or knows of anyone who is wanting to sell some please let me know. Thanks.

Yeah those are nice size tank and don't come up for sale too often but if you keep your eye out and you are quick you can find them on here.
Tracy, Thou deals do come for 85's it is rare and it seems those size tanks hold there value very well and in most cases buying new is almost worth it to me.
check the pics, they are 85s.
As stated previously, LP85s are a beloved tank by those who have them apparently. I was looking for some about a month ago and could not find any even after calling shops in cave country and having a popular hydro guy hunting around for some as he made his rounds. If you find them they'll be more expensive than most other used tanks. I've considered buying a set new, but was able to find an alternative tank that works just as well
Anyone have a LP80 they want to get rid of, I have 1 and it's lonely.
Scott
I have two sets of LP 85s set up for side mount for sale in the DC area right now. They are priced at 300 for each individually or 1000 for all 4. I can deliver to cave country this weekend.
Piranha has them (without valve) for $270. http://www.piranhadivemfg.com/item/L...Cylinder-11564
ebay LP80s for $225. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Pressed-Stee...-/180775010266
There are several different LP85's with various buoyancy characteristics. The ones I like are the Faber/OMS cylinders. Can’t offer an opinion on the others.
I need the ones that are just a bit shorter in length. I have an issue with tanks being too long for me. I have a very short torso and when tanks hang down between my legs I have issues with trim.
95's and 77's are the shortest of the larger tanks. 85's are a little longer then 95's but usually by an inch.
I have two XS Scuba LP85's I'll sell for 215each. They are in hydro and vip. I can ship them for 25each, or deliver to cave country.
When I first started backmounting doubles I was advised by multiple people, that because I was short (5'5"), i would be well-served to stick with shorter tanks, specifically Faber LP95's. Several close-call ass-over-head moments later, and the LP95's went the way of a lot of my other equipment purchases - traded in. I'll backmount Faber 85's or PST 104's any day of the week and twice on Sunday, over Faber 95's. Luckily 95's seem to be quite popular with the SM crowd :-).
Since that time, one of the few suggestions with which I've been free, is to dive tanks before buying, if one doesn't KNOW how they are going to trim out. All the theory in the world can't beat actual experience in the water.
I have a set of Worthington LP85s with Diverite 200 Bar Manifold & bands and a fresh +hydro for $600.
Wow! The ones on eBay had only one bid and went for the minimum $300 plus shipping. Someone got a great deal.
I have 1 85 cu ft steel tank 3000 psi Faber scubapro tank Hydro 6/10 current vip contact number is cell 772-215-3520 shop number is 772-460-1771 asking $150.00 shipping extra
I'm not familiar with that tank. It's a 85cu' 3000psi tank?
Every one of his posts has been about selling tanks. I'd be cautious here. I don't ever recall a Scubapro 300 psi 85 tank.
Found This Today, check the bottom of the page titled: "Tanks: Assortment of Steel and Aluminum including 85s' Deco & Stages Etc."
