Nice viz!
Oh my! I'm going to have to hate you just a little now ;) Gorgeous! I can't wait to get back in there...hopefully before the end of the season.
Awwww, who am I kidding? I could never hate John! :smt055
really well that is good to know.
where is this cave located? And what are the requirements to dive it? That cave looks amazing
I found out where it is,Bethel Fla. It also says you need Full Cave, Trimix and Abe Davis Card to dive,is this information correct?
It's a really good dive.

sounds good. I am not an abe diver just yet. Maybe by the end of the summer. Speaking of which, is there something that goes on your card when you become an abe davis diver/award? Or is it just a certificate?
Yes, you get a little Abe Davis sticker for your card. Requirements for diving Indian are 100 cave dives post full cave training, normoxic trimix, and DAN insurance. And you must go with one of the authorized guides for the system. I believe there are only about a dozen. For anyone who is interested, we are offering free guided dives (still have to give the $25 donation to the camp and pay for your own gas) to any paid NSS-CDS Workshop attendee who meets minimum requirements. Guided dives are being conducted Sunday, May 29. Sign up when you register to attend the workshop at www.nsscds.org
would having my own chamber qualify as insurance....:) or the military?
and are you a guide RN? I assume I will have a chance to dive this cave again once I get the appropriate expierience
No, unfortunately, I'm not a guide. I do have enough dives in it to scooter it, though. Just need to make the time to set something up with one of the guides.
when does camp start?
Sometime in June.
I didn't think it was starting until after the CDS workshop since we're offering guided dives there.
