Anyone been in Little River lately? Flow? Viz? Cave monsters?

Not since late Dec, but there hasn't been anything to change conditions. Viz was about 50', flow was low for LR, and since I left, there are no monsters :-D
Was there yesterday, flow wasn't that bad, vis was great. No cave monsters but there were 6 or so rebreather divers training and it was a little scary ;)
The ghost of Telford is no longer in LR.
Thanks for the input. Sounds like excellent conditions.

Does the park close at dark or can you dive this site at night? In a few weeks, I'm arriving in the late afternoon, but don't know if we'll be out by dark...
Thanks!
BTW, what happens if you are late getting out? Do you get locked in or do they give you a citation of some sort?
They lock the gate and the cave monsters swallow you, your gear, and your car up, leaving nary a trace of your existence.
I was there last week and are dive went alil longer then planned. We surfaced the sun was almost set, we left the park it was dark. Gates were still open and no one had said anything to us. I would not plan to do a night dive there though.
I'd guess the sheriff can lock it any time after 6:30PM simply based on whenever he gets there. It's probably not the highlight of their day :)
You can always hit Cow for a guaranteed night dive. Just join the NSS-CDS if you have not already and be sure to get the key from Cathy before they close up shop for the night.
Cheers,
Jeff
Let not piss off the gate manager by ruining his/her evening and potentially spoiling it for others. Screwing with someone's personal time has a habit of being paid back at some later date.
Gas, when are you going? I will be there on the 18th and heading to Peacock after that.
The only time I tried diving Cow (years ago), my buddy had one of his 1st stages blow a diaphragm while we were doing an s-drill and we canceled the dive be foe it started. How back-mount friendly is it?
I'm driving up from Orlando after setting up a trade show booth on the 18th. My goal is to meet a buddy there by 5:00 pm. If the park closes at 6:30, I doubt we'll be able to get a dive in. (I'm afraid of monsters!) Jeff's suggestion of Cow might be a better plan since I will need a fill anyway and I'm a member of NSS-CDS.
Jim, he'll be down there the same time we are. Hopefully, we'll all do dinner together Saturday night.
Let's shoot for doing a night dive there on Friday then. Sam and I can run the line and show you how to get in.
Cheers,
Jeff
Sounds like a good plan to me Jeff.
