I went down the jump at P1 a few days ago.
Does anyone know if it can be traversed to P2. I herd it colapsed near P2.
I'm hoping to try a traverse but trying to get as much info before I do.
It turns to a syphen on the P1 side.
Anyone got more info on it?

It is a water only passage. Too small for a diver.
It's like the Young Siphon at Jackson Blue. We like to joke that if you were the size of G.I. Joe you could probably make it, but a human - never. :ele
It's a pretty good syphon at times so watch your gas - its also deeper than most of Peacock at 80 feet so deco can rack up a lot faster. The line ends in a room with some large breakdown blocks in the middle. Directly in fron is a small hole with a sand floor and you can see the passage going up into breakdown. It's been said you can see daylight coming in, but I've never seen it....From the surface, the end of the line is just to the left of the concrete slab at Peacock II if your looking at the water. There are two spring entrances, both very small and choked with breakdown. There is also a sidemound siphon that goes to PIII.

I was in JB cavern when Stasia was sticking her head and arm out the hole. I didn't know it was her till after the dive....I was pointing at her and saying, look at the crazy person trying to get through that hole. Now I wish I had gotten a picture of her doing that.
So does Young Siphon tunnel connect back to the goldline or close to it? Is this in the cavern or cave zone?Quote:

Glen I'll have to do it again sometime so we can get a pic of that. I would definitely make it my avatar :) Pocket diver is better then little girl any day! lol Fun sized is ok too. I love that I've found a sport where my size is to my advantage. Honestly I hardly had to even wiggle much, just kinda spiraled through as the hole allowed me to and my increasing bouyancy pulled me up.

You can see the Young's Siphon line from the bottom of the depression in the cavern. From the Young's Siphon line, you can look up enough to see the goldline, without squeezing through.Quote:

You can also take the "sheck shortcut" to the Well line.
I was there today and I was told that you can make a jump to the right off that line (coming from the pothole line) and it ends in the cavern in the far right section.
Years ago I saw some light looking up at the end of the Well line, under P2. A few weeks ago, I returned with a friend and we could see nothing. It was pretty clean in there though... I remember it being VERY silty... not too bad now... Flow was noticeable on the return though...
