Nice :)
What? Madison Blue flooded in the springtime? This is the first time I've ever heard of that happening!
Of course I am planning to fly down tomorrow. Any thoughts regarding Peacock for this weekend?
haha you guys wanna see a flood come on up to cinci.... the ohio river is beautiful this time of year... its like the chocolate river from charlie and the chocolate factory... and it shuts down major streets.
if someone says peacock is flooded i will be a not-so-happy camper. i'll be down next weekend... someone go clean up madison before my trip. i'll give ya 5 bucks.
the Withlacoochee has risen 3 to 4 foot in the last week, the Suwannee has only risen one tenth in the past week and the Santa Fe has actually dropped.
so the caves on the Suwannee and Santa Fe should be good for several more weeks before we have to start worrying about when they will go under.
Probably a really stupid question... But if there isn't anymore issues with rain, how long will it typically take for conditions to clear up? I have two trips down there over the next 1.5 months to worry about : )
