On the NOVA special last Tuesday, I thought I understood Jill Heinerth as saying that one out of ten rebreathers built has killed its user. Did I misunderstand what was said? I don't know how many rebreathers have been built, but that seems like a lot of expired divers. Please correct me or help me to understand what she meant. thanks.
Sounded that way to me too.
On another thread, Brian Kakuk said she was referring to a particular manufacturer and it was edited out of context.
