It truly would not as all scuba tanks are technically "high pressure" vessels per the definition used by the DOT, whether they are called "low pressure", "high pressure" or "HP", so using high pressure is actually a broader term than the common use "LP" and "HP".
Aspirin and Band-aids are great examples of genericized trademarks. I'm pretty sure if Russell cut himself and asked for a Band-aid he wouldn't be to upset if I handed him an adhesive bandage made by Curad. If he did, I'd just have to let him bleed as that's what's in the first aid kit at the moment.
