You're making me so envious you're hanging out those extra days, ready to dive. Go over to Boiling Springs, if you really want a treat! Not sure if Tamara Thomson's coming to MO, but she's the guide for that one. See ya soon!

If you find the campground across the river from Boiling on the Gasconade, the spring is right across the river. You can't miss it. If you have never dove it before, you won't need a guide because you won't be going past the restriction. The rest of the cave is a very simple navigation once you get inside. Usually a little bit of flow at the mouth.
I'm up for the challenge! Sounds like a super interesting dive. I would ideally like to make it passed the restriction though to make it worthwhile. I've found the map of the cave via this write up: http://homepages.cae.wisc.edu/~brods...issouri_jan03/ but can't read it well. How far in is the restriction? Anyone have any video of it (can't find anything in YouTube)?
Would love to dive Thursday with ya. Still not sure whether skipping class will be okay or not. May not be able to find any buddies for Monday/Tuesday so Thursday may be a better option.
I wish I could just hang out a bit longer in MO, but my "to do" list has me by the tail, and wants to whip me around. I plan on being in the Boiling Springs area on Thursday night, and then RD on Friday, until it's time to make it to St Louis for the "Social". The Workshop is a "go", and looking forward to greeting everyone involved!
Is anyone interested in doing the loop in RD?
