GUE Dibs or DIR Dibs?

And let's not forget EXPEDITION DIBS for the serious and highly accomplished Internet diver.

You forgot to start with Fundies dibs

Patpicos is correct. Fundies dibs with the tech pass are required to enter into Dibs 1. You must also develop some experience and call fundy dibs at least 25 times before enrolling in dibs 1.
