1. Dave won the auction
2. Curt (or whoever) didn't provide the regs in a timely fashion
(first mistake)
3. Curt was non-responsive to a point that made the buyer question what was going on.
(second mistake)
4. When Curt finally responded, he was unhappy with the tone of voice in the email he got back and decided that Dave wasn't "worthy" of the items he won
(final mistake)
5. Curt sent a refund, thereby ending the deal
Only at this point did Dave complain on the forum and certainly I can't blame him.
And now you're trying to convince us it is his fault and maybe Philips?
No way...
The real reason for this mess is that Curt had his feelings hurt and completely overreacted. There is just no way to this should fly...
Anyone who justifies this is in the same boat with Curt.
