I heard the chantix has worked really well for people. I smoked for about 10 years and stopped 12 years ago (wow, seems like yesterday). Good luck to whomever tries to quit. It was really hard for me, but I didn't have the chantix and stuff that they have now.Quote:

busted! bob b quit smoking while using chantix.
I quit cold turkey. The Doc telling you that you are going to die will give you motivation to stick it out. Hardest and best thing I ever did. The last time I went to the Doc. they said that my lungs looked and sounded like I never smoked. That is a beautiful thing.
