CGA Grade D and Grade E gasses are allowed 10ppm CO

IANTD allows 5ppm CO in Nitrox for diving.

I have issues with that 2nd URL, "Case Studies".

Carbon Monoxide is a tasteless, odorless gas. Obviously, if your gas smells / tastes funny, don't use it, but DO NOT use taste / smell as an indicator of LACK of CO.
