This amazes my close friends, but although I'm the biggest warm weather weenie you'll ever meet when it comes to outside temperature, I can tolerate cold water with the best of them. I dive 77° in a bathing suit, and for the last year before I got my first drysuit, I used a 3mm wetsuit, even in the 68° panhandle springs. :smt102

Down to about 60 degrees I'm fine in a 3 mil shortie. Or at least I used to do that.

I'm starting to get older and now I dive in a 5 mil for most of the dive season here in ny. My drysuit comes out in November and when I cave dive.

Not me, I get cold thinking about it. The biggest reason I won't exceed 30 min. Deco is because I get cold, as in shivering cold. I've never tried Argon though.
