I'm hoping to get on the Brunswick and Carlingford, but I'll be thrilled with where ever the Southwind drops me this first time out! I'm heading to Dutch in a few weeks for a practice run with my cold water kit. Brrrrrrr!

Jimmy and his father are good folk, great operation, and a great boat. Erie not so great for a first time experience but you'll still have a blast. If you can finagle it, head to the 1000 islands, which is about 4 hours from where you will be. Better wrecks, no thermoclines, warmer water (73f in August, top to bottom). If you consider it and our schedules mesh I'll take you on the Jodrey, its worth the drive. There is a few people on here that will confirm this that you probably know.
