Tracy and I will be arriving at Dive Outpost on Feb 8th for a two week stay - I've got the SRWMD river levels site bookmarked, and am looking at it way too frequently!
Oh well, the weather will do whatever it does...

Well, you will be able to complete your training unless a major flood hits. Sites that hardly ever go down that people train in are Ginnie, Manatee and JB. In fact a lot of those sites are just as good or even better in high water. The flow should be down for you and maybe the viss might be better at Manatee. I think 3 sites is all that is needed however, JB is a good ride away from the other sites. Good Luck
It looks like completeing the course won't be an issue. Ginnie, Marianna and Manatee seem to offer what is needed. My real worry was not being able to show off my new dive bag...

Dove Orange Grove to Challenge today and it was fairly clear the whole route. P3 basin was completely tannic. P1 basin was clear and divers coming out reported viz dropped to about 3' on the Pothole line around the sign.
Will try Orange Grove again tomorrow and try to get in a last one before viz drops.
We are planning to head to madison wednesday should we try somewhere else?
