Gary and everyone, thanks for all of the stories, they made for great reading. Although, I do not like to dive in such close quarters, I love to read the stories of those that do.

Gary that was a great desctiption of the fluffy bunny lines. I did not think anybody would explore that section of Devils. I ran those lines in 1996 as a short cut to July Springs. (I wanted to get the no mount tank there faster for the traverse) That well you found is one of my favorite sections in any cave I have ever dove. You can sit there and let the water flow around you and the sand/shells create a very cool vortex. I have spent entire dives just watching this flow. As for the name Tyler Moon and I came up with the Fluffy Bunny since we wanted a nice name for a pretty cave. (As you said Not Devils this or that, but also like you said it is a rather small "bunny" hole)

Thanks again for the description; I have not dove there for several years, and reading your post was like a trip down memory lane.

I gotta tell you though. When I was reading this thread I was thinking about making a joke about "Fuzzy Bunny Slippers" and then low and behold there's ole John aka Ollie beating me to the punchline.
I'll be on the lookout for this tunnel the next time I'm going through here but being a strictly back mount kinda guy I'll just shine my Sartek up in there to see if anyone's stuck. :smt064

I REALLY hope that this a joke, and not how you normally run your dives. I'd expect any caver that is capable of surviving this tunnel to have enough respect for the cave that they would never consider 'throwing' their tanks around - especially in this tunnel where there is so much geothite etc.

It's an expression stating that I HAD TO BE CAREFUL, the exact opposite of what you somehow converted it to.

So... it IS how I normally run my dives. I DON'T throw my tanks around.
