It appears to be a late model (post 1994) first stage. Part number 3720, or 3790. Why do you have a 125 psi OPV? Those 2nd stages can take much higher IP.

Here are some more pics, so in total, there are 3 metal Cyklon 2nd stages and older Cyklon 1st stages, 1 plastic Cyklon 2nd stage with a newer (mid 90's) Cyklon 2nd stage and 1 Jetstream 2nd stage (2yrs old). Am open to selling or swapping.

i just recently bought Jetstream 1st, and 2nd stage regs from DGX ,and when was diving in Cave County last month with my LP85's " cave filled at dive outpost" one of my first stage OPV was bubbling. i had installed 70 degree elbows. What seems to be the problem?
if the opv was bubbling you have IP creep, that's the relief point for the MK3 first stages. Take it back to DGX and ask them to fix it. This is why all divers should have IP gauges and use them, especially on new regulators. Pressurize them and let them sit for 10 minutes and make sure they don't move.
