I have absolutely no problem with the fee, or the restrictions. This in the right direction. Caves being opened!

$40 is better than having it closed. I'll gladly pay $40 when I can dive there on my CCR.

Seems like you'd rather just dive CCR then see the cave.

I don't understand this line of thought. Is the goal to see something cool or to use a certain piece of equipment?

Looks like that helium bottle that's been sitting in my garage UNUSED for the last three years will finally see some action!
