Pick any company and you can find folks who will praise their customer service, and just as many that will dog it. TDS is full of posts like these.

Well, it's the general consensus of the moderators that a company's customer service is the most outward reflection of the company itself. So a comment (positive or negative) about a company's customer service is still against Rule #6.
