It is obvious that the basic scuba organizations got into this later attempting to take market share as these disciplines became more and more popular. BUT, if you are going to spend your money in the adavanced disciplines, at least get certifications that are from organizations that are on the leading edge.

If you and your associates feel that I went too far and decide to ban me, there are no hard feelings on my part. I enjoy your website because I learn as I read the input and experiences of cave divers. You do a great service to the dive community at large and to those who have interest in or are active in overhead environment and technical diving. Although I have not gone beyond cavern training to date, every time I am in Florida, I learn more being in the presence of cave divers and listening to their knowledge. I salute the cave training agencies and their instructors. That is why I came to Florida to train, to get the real thing, to be better at diving. I am guilty of looking for the best in training and equipment. Just as when I am involved in commercial diving operations, I want only the best for the divers that I supervise. I try to provide them with a safer work environment by analyzing risks and reducing them as much as practical. Guilty. I try to provide them with the best equipment. Guilty. I continue to explore ways to make their job easier by staying in contact with those who have more experience than I, listening and learning. Guilty. I try to be an enabler and facilitator. Guilty. I am guilty as charged. Me maxima guilty. Whatever your decision, I will honor it.

I haven't lost my sense of humor over this, dude. I see that you use the phrase "chill out" to many throughout this website. BTW....provide your students with additional cards such as NSS-CDS. They will love you for it. I really liked mine. Cut the other one up with my Z-knife. Safe diving.
