They make drop in lithiums now, as well as Lithium Ferrite conversions.

Is there a light weight UV26? Just curious because it may undermine the many jokes we had with a fellow diver on his massive scooter...

It can be modded with LiFe battery and tube shortened to around a UV-18 with the burn time better than a magnus. Tube shortened just like Garth.
