There's actually way too much to do with the current active ASA members at hand. I'll bet there are other ASA members who simply don't know what's going on who'd like to participate. A newsletter or something needs to be put up to membership.
Also, you may not want to trash all those associated with wkpp, since a lot of them would like to see more open to the public and could provide help with the projects. Just because some of them are deuchebags, doesn't mean all of them want everything jammed up.
