Not stupid at all. It is name for an event that Sheck Exley (our founder) coined 40 years ago. It is like a small convention of cave divers. At our major workshop, there are actually hands on sessions, that make the name Workshop seem more appropriate. Things like rebreather demos, and sidemount gear demos.The mini workshops usually have talks about things related to cave diving.
