I use the Netipot on a regular basis... and it not only helps with the diving stuff, but kills head colds fast... if i even catch them.

I had same problem as op. My ent (a diver) found I had polyps in the sinuses and I had them removed. Only problem since is that I seem to get recurring sinus infections after diving. Probably from my dirty ole mask. If you just need a long lasting decongestant ask your doctor about entex la. That stuff is the berries!
