This time there was a pile with a pvc tube inserted into it and just past it a ring of stones.
That's the way it was two weeks ago, far side had a painted rock (painted on one side so you just noticed along the edge as the paint was on the down side).Quote:

Maybe the PVC is an 'historic" survey marker; otherwise, why would it be there?
