Voting is staggered so that the board is not all up for vote at the same time (never more than half of the board up for vote at any one time). Terms are two years elected at the annual meeting.

I wasn't sent the 10 reasons, but can only imagine. In a few very short emails with Ron Piasecki, he sent me the attached letter from Tod Kincaid (Attachment 5787), 'who is both a diver and hydrogeologist', stating I should read his letter carefully because 'He says divers are welcome to join WKPP for research diving or form their own research group and get a special research permit.'.
