Adam I am very sorry that is developing into a deal breaker.
I have had most of the symptoms you describe but not to the severity you are posting.
My ENT has been able to keep them under control mostly for now.
The ringing is a pain, vertigo has not totally taken over to past a couple minutes.
A few years back I suffered a sinus infection that lead to a evasive surgery that has left me with some effects that helped at the time but made allergies 5x worse.
This was pre diving and once I started diving I learned right away sinus infections / ear issues/ middle ear are not to be taken lightly.
Please know that you are not alone and I will be praying for a positive outcome.
I have considered the place where you are right now and i feel for you brother.
It comes for us all one day and we have to make the call.
Roll with it, keep your chin up and see what happens.

Sorry to hear. Like others said, I hope you get a second opinion and maybe you'll need a third as a tie breaker (bright side?). Perhaps the only gear you'll end up selling is some excess OC gear so you can get yourself a rEvo :)

Right now they think round or oval window rupture. But its not healing. They also think the tinnitus is permanent from a previous iedcs issue. That I disagree with since it was a 100' dive on Eanx originally. I am currently on medical hold at the dive school.
