Very Classy Jill! I'm sure this surprises no one.

You brought up some blasts from the past. If the National Enquirer could publish all the stories from "cave country",it would be regarded as too imaginable. What amazes me is some stories that have completely evaded the forums, and I hear them brought up over a beer once and awhile-one may not have a statute of limitations and will only come to surface when all parties are gone.
I remember the guy in question that owned Dive Outpost. I wont mention his name but remember back in the mid 80's the main lobby was a restaraunt [sp?]. His brother was Leonard and made a mean Bionic Leonard Burger. He seemed like a nice guy to me.
Anyone please feel free to correct my remembrance of what happened. But it was back in the '90s that Wayne Marshall was secy-treasurer of the CDS. He embezzled about $25K from the CDS, was convicted, and went to jail. I don't want to get any facts wrong or smear the guy. But I believe that's the way it went down. The CDS has instituted some stipulations to avoid that happening again. They're kind of a pain (from my outsider view), but I guess you've got to prevent such a thing from happening again.
