Scott,
I don't mean to slam you, but you will probably have more luck getting in with a quality cave instructor if you lose the line about "Instructor Interviews now being accepted"! Most cave instructors that I know would probably not respond to such an invitation.
I would call around and check with some of the well respected instructors and see if they have time available. :blackbar are two that come to mind. Both are NACD and close to your location.
