Orda Cave in Russia
Plura Cave of Norway, Emergence du Ressel in France and Pozo Azul of Spain are another few suggestions.
Tank Cave Australia, Sra Keow Thailand, Boesmansgat (spelling?)/Bushmans hole South Africa
Ressel in France
Blautopf in Germany (closed after fatality; famous but not many have been)
Stargate in the Bahamas
Molnar Janos in Budapest, Hungry
plethora of good ones (that are well known even to beginners) in the Yucatan: Carwash, Nohoch Nah Chich, Taj Mahal, Chac Mool...
As far as US / FL goes, Cow is a good one to mention by the CDS

I remember hearing about a toxic little mud pit that Sheck referred to as "Poothole". Over near Spring Warrior if I remember correctly. that would look good on a tee shirt.
