Home made Oxygen cell checker. It is ready to go once you add specific wiring harness needed for your rebreather cells.
Includes all that is show in the picture.
SSI Technologies Digital Pressure gauge, Variable overpressure valve, LP inflator connection, JM Hammerhead banana block for easy connection of cells from HH CCR.
The test chamber can easily fit four or more O2 cells for testing all at one time.
I originally picked this camber so that the HH cell holder from my Hammermeg could be removed and fit inside making testing the cells quick and easy.
Inside dimension of the camber is roughly 4.25 Dia X 3.25 Deep.

I am not even recovering my parts cost at this price.
Compare this to the single cell tester from the well know UK firm which is over $500.
This one will do several cells at the same time. Or the UK firm multi-cell tester at over $1000.

And if you have a Meg or a HH CCR you could easily make a wire harness that allows you to simply unplug your cell holder, drop it in the tester, plug in the cables and test all cells at once. You would need to confirm the cell holder fits but at the time I built it so that this could be plug and play.
